  • Placing an Order: To place an order, simply add items to your cart and follow the checkout process. Once your order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order, as we reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

  • Pricing and Payment: All prices are listed in pounds sterling and are subject to change without notice. We accept all major debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.   Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation may not be possible as orders are processed promptly.

 

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: We currently only ship to the UK (including Northern Ireland).  Postage and packing is free of charge.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. These are estimates only, and we are not liable for delays beyond our control.

 

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition. Please see our Return Policy for more details.

  • Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges may be offered for damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged product for assistance.
