If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition. We deliver each item in purpose built artwork shipping boxes which have been designed specifically for flat items. The picture frame boxes are 100% recyclable and made from a strong double wall corrugated board with a Kraft outer paper to ensure maximum strength and protection. Once the item is inside, these large telescopic boxes can then be taped or strapped to ensure it stays closed in transit and is received in good condition.
